Bay leaves have a herbal, slightly floral, and somewhat ligneous fragrance. Adding whole to soups, stews, casseroles, stocks and gravy whilst simmering, for extra flavour.
U’PitiTTu bay leaves are hand-picked and selected. After harvest they get air-dried and packed.
