The Oro Superiore from the traditional Sicilian roastery Ionia was created especially for the espresso moka pot and is ground accordingly. The beans, carefully selected by Ionia, come from the best growing regions of Africa and Brazil. 70% finest Arabica beans and 30% Robusta beans are roasted dark and typically Sicilian according to the best knowledge from over 55 years of roasting tradition. The dark roasting gives the Oro Superiore a pleasantly intense and nutty aroma and a long-lasting taste experience on the palate.
In addition to preparation in the espresso moka pot, you can also prepare this blend in your espresso machine without hesitation. When prepared in the espresso machine, a dense, fawn-coloured crema develops. Also ideal for coffee specialities such as cappuccino and latte macchiato.
